Area Sales Manager- Bhopal & Jodhpur

Roles and Responsibilities

a) Co-ordinate with ZSMs to ensure stocks of namkeen are available to meet area requirements while maintaining stocks as per norms

b) Visit market 20 days a week as per approved tour plan to achieve set objectives

c) Interact regularly with agents/retailers to resolve problems if any regarding stocks, quality, deliveries, outstandings and seek guidance from TSM if required

d) Obtain information regarding competitors products and pricing, advertising, consumer preferences and forward information to Territory sales manager for appropriate action

e) Track throughput of cycle salesmen and appoint dedicated salesman if necessary to improve the companys retail presence by allotting them routes/areas not covered by the other private sales man.

f) Be vigilant in the market place and provide information on spurious products and take necessary action

g) Achieve sales targets in area maintaining all expenses within norms

h) Achieve set objectives by maintaining effective relationships with agents

i) Lead and guide team to achieve company objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

a)Minimum 4 yrs of FMCG Experience Required preferably food division
